WHAT NO ONE NOTICES

Sometime time ago while having lunch in my home town…Puerto Vallarta Jalisco Mexico….sitting at a table overlooking the Malecon..people watching which is one favorite pastimes…my hobby of sorts….a young lady was walking with a young child in her arms and a small child walking besides her when I noticed two police officers motioned her to come over to where they were standing, and what followed was one of the nicest geastures I have witnessed in a very long time by these Officers, they reached into their pockets and gave this mother some pesos. In Mexico not unlike other countries of the world police officers are not high on the pay scale. ….often over worked and under paid…they are the blunt of much criticism and the scorn until of course we are in desparate need of them…Karma is a very big deal in my life….and these two officers will someday indeed receive the love they showed today…love for another human being struggling to survive in a world full of self-centered, narrow-mined humans.
